Houston, TX – June 10, 2024 – Siddons-Martin Emergency Group (SMEG) is proud to announce its new role as the exclusive dealer for McNeilus, a division of the Oshkosh Corporation, specializing in refuse industry solutions. This strategic partnership marks the inception of the Siddons-Martin Environmental Group, extending SMEG’s legacy of excellence in sales, parts, and service to the refuse industry. The new division will serve the territories of Texas, Louisiana, Tennessee, Arkansas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Utah, and Nevada.

With over 50 years of experience in safeguarding communities through public safety sales and services—including fire apparatus, EMS, law enforcement, ARFF, and wildland vehicles—Siddons-Martin’s expansion into refuse vehicles is a natural progression. The Siddons-Martin Environmental Group will feature three dedicated refuse-only service centers located in Hutchins, Texas; Houston, Texas; and Salt Lake City, Utah, with immediate plans for additional centers throughout the region. These centers are staffed by ASE/EVT certified technicians to meet the rigorous demands of the refuse industry.
